AllowEditorReservedLocations Property (SpreadView)

Gets or sets whether cell editor reserved mouse locations are allowed.

Remarks
Setting this property to true will prevent cell editors from showing custom cursors for reserved locations inside the cell, and prevent cell editors from entering edit mode on a single click in a reserved location (the user will always have to double-click to enter edit mode in a cell).
