ForceWorkday Constructor(String,DateTime,DateTime)


A name that represents the holiday.
A System.DateTime value that represents the starting forced workday date.
A System.DateTime value that represents the ending forced workday date.
Initializes a new instance of the ForceHoliday class with the specified date.
