Gets a Row object for the specified range of rows.

row: Beginning of range of rows specified
row2: End of range of rows specified

Exception	Description
System.IndexOutOfRangeException	Specified row index is out of range. It must less than the row count or -1 for all.

Example

This example changes the background color of the all the rows.
